19-Century Pugliese Masseria. A timeless property located in the lush Salento countryside, Masseria Acquadolce features elegant late 19th-century architecture typical of the region. It was the central core of an agricultural estate, characterized by various straw huts and trulli intended for local families for the cultivation of olives and crops of the time. Today, it serves as a luxury residence for wellness-focused vacations with personalized service. The latest renovation has allowed this place, a unique landscape feature, to tell many years of history. The conservation of common spaces, interior rooms, and natural environments as they were lived then, have been restored and adapted to today's comforts to be productive and accessible to modern life. The dry stone wall fencing system includes, besides the main body made up of courtyards and independent rooms, also the open parking and the separate volumes of the Pool House and the caretaker's house. The latter, still active, offers service to the Masseria throughout the year.
